    • Mindfulness – Anchoring in the now

    • Distress Tolerance – Riding waves without impulsive action

    • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) – Gentle tapping to ease anxiety

  • Guided Meditation

  • Sound Bath

  • Art Therapy

What to Bring

  • Essential oils or comforting scents (e.g., orange, lemon, vanilla, lavender, lotion, or anything soothing to you) – Grounding skill: engaging the senses

  • Yoga mat

  • 2 Yoga blocks

  • Yoga Belt or long towel/scarf for stretching

  • 2 Small yoga balls or foot roller or 2 tennis balls for foot/body massage

  •  Blanket for rest time
