What to Bring

Essential oils or comforting scents (e.g., orange, lemon, vanilla, lavender, lotion, or anything soothing to you) – Grounding skill: engaging the senses

Yoga mat

2 Yoga blocks

Yoga Belt or long towel/scarf for stretching

2 Small yoga balls or foot roller or 2 tennis balls for foot/body massage
-
Blanket for rest time
